The petitioner has filed this petition seeking the following relief :- "To issue a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent Bank to settle loan account in terms of One Time Settlement Proposal dated 17.07.2019 (Annexure P-4) and to provide appropriate time to the petitioner to repay the loan amount to the respondent bank."
We have gone through the foreclosure letter dated 20.01.2020. The principal outstanding amount against the petitioner is ` 81,14,244.45 (Rupees Eighty One Lacs Fourteen Thousand Two Hundred Forty Four and Forty Five Paise).

CWP-4167-2020 -2The contention raised by the petitioner before us is that there is family dispute amongst the brothers. This cannot be gone into in the writ jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. Dismissed.
However, it shall be open to the petitioner to pursue the remedy in accordance with law.
