The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuing a direction to the official respondents to conduct the proper investigation in a fair and impartial manner into the matter, as private respondents are extending threats to the petitioner that they will implicate him in FIR No.126 dated 06.07.2023 under Sections 341, 323, 506, 148, 149 IPC registered at Police Station Sadar, Faridkot.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to avail his alternative remedy as available to him, in accordance with law. 3.
