This is a contempt petition filed under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, for punishing the respondents for disobeying the orders dated 20.09.2019 (Annexure P-3) passed in CWP No.23389 of 2019.

Learned counsel for the respondents has submitted that pursuant to the order passed by the Writ Court, the respondents had offered possession of the property to the petitioner. Not only that, the application was sent to the petitioner in that regard.

In view of the above, this Court does not find any ground to continue with the present petition any more.
