***** KARAMJIT SINGH , J. (Oral) Prayer is for grant of anticipatory bail in case having FIR No.14 dated 18.1.2021 registered under Sections 326, 325, 323, 34 IPC at Police Station Lopoke, District Amritsar (Rural).

Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has joined investigation in the light of previous order dated 8.3.2022 passed by this Court.

State counsel on instruction ASI Baldev Singh has admitted this fact and submitted that now the petitioner is not required by police for GAURAV SOROT 2022.07.15 09:54 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment

( 2 ) CRM-M-9154-2021 further custodial interrogation as the recovery of the weapon used by the petitioner at the time of crime has been recovered. In view of the above and without going into merits of the case, present petition is allowed and order dated 8.3.2022 is hereby made absolute. The petitioner should abide by the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
