Notice of motion to the official respondents No. 1 to 3. At this stage, Mr. Tanuj Sharma, AAG, Haryana has accepted notice on behalf of the State- respondents No. 1 to 3. Learned State counsel, on instructions from Inspector Bharat Bhushan, states that after conducting investigation in FIR No. 29 dated 4.2.2019, for offence under Sections 447 and 506 IPC, registered at Police Station Sadar, Rewari, lodged by the complainant, a cancellation report was prepared and it has been submitted in the Court of Illaqa Magistrate at Rewari on 4.8.2020. It being so the petitioner has got remedy of putting in BANITA CHUGH 2021.02.25 11:50 I agree to specified portions of this document

CRWP No. 1944 of 2021 -2appearance before the Magistrate in that regard and filing a protest petition.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner had in fact filed a protest petition, which was dismissed by the learned Magistrate on 2.2.2021.

The petitioner has still the remedy of filing a private complaint in the matter, in accordance with law. As far as, the other part of prayer with regard to the apprehension expressed by the petitioner about physical harm being caused to him and his family members at the hands of private respondents No. 4 to 8, the Superintendent of Police, District Rewari, is directed to take necessary steps to ensure that no physical harm is caused to the petitioner and his family members, at the hands of private respondents or persons claiming under them. With regard to the dispute regarding the landed property, the petitioner is free to approach the Civil Court for redressal of his grievances.

The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
