The grievance of the petitioner in this Writ Petition is that respondent No.4 is not deciding the proceedings pending before it under Section 18 of the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Development Act, 2006 in spite of the order dated 07.10.2021 passed in CWP No.15290 of 2021 and CWP No. 15772 of 2021.

Ms. Sunint Kaur, Assistant Advocate General, Punjab states that respondent No.4 has fixed the next date in the said proceedings for 16.03.2022, and respondent No.4 shall make endeavor to decide the same as quickly as possible.

Having regard to the said submissions of the counsel for the learned State counsel, this Writ Petition is disposed of, directing respondent No.4 to decide the dispute between the petitioner and respondents No.1 to 3 SURESH KUMAR 2022.03.10 16:10 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
