This petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the order dated 11.06.1998 and order dated 24.03.1999 (Annexures P-4 and P-5 respectively).

A further prayer has been made for issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus, directing restoration of order dated 05.02.1996, passed by Assistant Collector, 1st Grade, Rewari and affirmed by order dated 10.09.1997, passed by the Collector, Rewari- respondent No.4 (Annexures P-3 and P-4 respectively).

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner pleads no instructions.

In view of the above, the instant petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
