On the last date, this Court had passed the following order:- "Perusal of the file shows that this matter was listed on five ocassions, out of which, the applicant was represented only one time i.e. 09.01.2019. Today also, none appeared on behalf of the applicant. In the interest of justice, list on 22.11.2023. It is clarified that in case, on the next date the applicant remains unrepresented, this Court shall dismiss this application for nonprosecution, filed for leave to appeal against acquittal." Even today, the applicant is unrepresented.

The application for leave to appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. It is clarified that it shall not be permissible for the applicant to revive the present application. However, he may file a fresh application for leave to appeal mentioning reasons for delay.
