Vide order dated 26.09.2019, bailable warrants were issued to ensure presence of Col. N.K. Jain, Project Director, National Highway Authority of India, Jalandhar in the Court. Today Sh. Yash Pal Singh Jadon is present in the Court and states that Col. N.K. Jain was repatriated to his original department. He tenders unconditional apology for delay in doing the needful.

Learned counsel for the respondent has produced copy of detail of FDRs, same is taken on record. As per detail,
