***** ARCHANA PURI, J. (Oral) Report from the Mediation and Conciliation Centre, has been received. As per the settlement agreement, the parties have agreed for parting ways. The terms, as detailed in the settlement agreement, have been duly signed by both the parties as well as witnesses. In view of the settlement, so reached, counsel for the respondent has given an undertaking that the respondent shall file an application for withdrawal of the petition under Section 13 (1) (ia) and (ib) of the Hindu Marriage Act, pending before learned Trial Court, within a period of two weeks from today onwards.
In the eventuality of any such application filed, learned Trial Court, shall pass an appropriate order, with regard to the withdrawal of the said petition.

In view of the undertaking, so given by the counsel for the respondent, counsel for the applicant submits that she does not want to pursue with the transfer application and the same be dismissed as withdrawn, being compromised.
Ordered accordingly.
However, the respondent shall remain bound by the undertaking, so given, by his counsel.
