State of Haryana and others and CWP-26077-2018 titled Mamta Rani and others V/s. State of Haryana and others (Annexure P-2) Mr. Kiran Pal Singh, Assistant Advocate General, Haryana informs that LPA-1121-2019 filed against CWP-9300-2015 titled Mrs. Menka and others V/s. State of Haryana and others, is pending before the Division Bench.

This petition is being disposed of by giving direction to the respondents to allow the petitioners to continue as Extension Lecturers subject to decision in LPA-1121-2019.
