(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for issuance of direction to respondent No.2 to restrain respondent No.2 from harassing and humiliating petitioner and family members of her uncle Harjinder Singh, in illegal manner at the instance of respondents No.4 and 5.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the purpose would be achieved if respondent No.2 - Police Commissioner, Ludhiana, is directed to look into representation dated 07.02.2020 (Annexure P-2) moved by the petitioner.

Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and after perusing the paper-book, but without commenting on merits of the case, instant petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 - Police Commissioner, Ludhiana, to look into the representation of the petitioner.
