(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner states that as per his information, the petitioner had died and despite of making sincere efforts, he could not contact the legal representatives of the deceased-petitioner. Accordingly, the present writ petition may be dismissed for want of prosecution. However, liberty be granted to the legal representatives of the petitioner to move an application for revival of the writ petition, in case something survives therein.
