Present fourth petition has been filed under Section 483 of BNSS, 2023 (earlier Section 439 Cr.P.C.), for grant of regular bail to the petitioner, during the pendency of trial, who has been booked in a criminal case arising out of First Information Report, as detailed here-under:- Name of Petitioner(s) FIR No.

First bail petition, i.e., CRM-M-48049-2024, filed by the petitioner was dismissed as withdrawn by the Coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 30.09.2024 (P-4).

Thereafter, second bail petition filed by the petitioner, i.e., CRM-M-8292-2025 (O&M) (P-5), was disposed of by this Court, having JAWALA RAM 2026.04.28 18:37 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document

Subsequently, third bail petition filed by the petitioner, i.e., CRM-M-26751-2025, was disposed of by this Court vide order dated 11.11.2025 (P-6), with a direction to the learned trial Court to make all endeavours to conclude and decide the trial expeditiously. Now, petitioner is before this Court by way of the instant fourth bail petition seeking concession of regular bail. 3.

At the outset, learned State counsel informs that all the prosecution witnesses have already been examined. Thus, prosecution evidence stands closed, as the list of witnesses stands exhausted. Besides, statement of the petitioner under Section 313 Cr.P.C. (Section 351 of BNSS, 2023) has also been recorded and, thus, the case is fixed for final arguments. 4.

In view of the advanced stage of the trial, this Court refrains from considering the prayer for bail at this stage. 5.

Accordingly, without making any observations on the merits of the case, the present petition stands disposed of with a direction to the trial Court to conclude the trial expeditiously, in accordance with law.
