The present petition has been filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in complaint case bearing No.COMI-504/2017 dated 04.12.2017 registered under Sections 494/498-A/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 at Police Station 'D' Division, Amritsar.

On 15.02.2023 the following order was passed : "Kashmira Singh - petitioner has filed this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C for grant of anticipatory bail in complaint case COMI No.504/2017 instituted on 04.12.2017 titled as "Ranjit Kaur Vs. Kashmira Singh and another" under Sections 494, 498-A/34 IPC, TRIPTI SAINI 2023.08.24 15:19 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh

2023:PHHC:110505 CRM-M-7911-2023 (O&M) -2registered at Police Station 'D' Division, Amritsar in which he has been ordered to be summoned under Sections 494 and 34 IPC. It is alleged that his proclamation has been issued. He is ready to face the trial.

Considering the aforesaid factual position, he is directed to surrender before the trial Court within two weeks from today, and he be released on interim bail to the satisfaction of trial Court.

Notice be given to the respondents for 20.04.2023".

Learned counsel for the petitioner would contend that the petitioner has surrendered before the Trial Court as directed and now vide order dated 01.03.2023 the bail application of the petitioner stands allowed and he has been ordered to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with one surety in the like amount. 4.

In view of the above, the order dated 15.02.2023 is made absolute.

Disposed off accordingly. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
