(Oral) This petition has been filed under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing order dated 27.01.2021 (P-9) passed by respondent No. 3.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner has informed the Court that petitioner has filed an appeal against order dated 12.03.2019 (P-8). In view of the above statement, the petitioner can take all his pleas before the Appellate Authority, in view of orders of passed by Hon'ble the Supreme Court in cases of M/s Supertech Ltd vs. State of U.P and others, passed on 01.02.2021 in SLP (C) No. 1670/2021 and Parsvnath Developer Ltd and another vs. Union of India and others, passed on 19.02.2021 in SLP (C ) No. 2769-2021.

Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed of in the above terms.
