(Oral) Petitioner has filed this petition under Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 read along with Article 215 Constitution of India for summoning and punishing the respondents for not complying with the directions as per order in CWP (PIL)-137-2021 dated 06.08.2021 (Annexure P-1). A reading of the order dated 06.08.2021 would show that during hearing of the writ petition, this Court had noticed the stand of the counsels representing the States of Punjab, Haryana and U.T., Chandigarh, but finally refused to entertain the petition. Thus, there is no direction given to the respondents for compliance.
Learned counsel for respondent No.3, while drawing attention to its reply submits that otherwise in view of the stand adopted before the GEETA RANI 2022.11.24 15:04 I attest to the authenticity and integrity of this document
