The above mentioned two writ petitions are being disposed of by a common judgment, as involve a similar issue. 2.

The prayer in the present Civil Writ Petitions filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, is for directing the respondents to grant the petitioner's revised pay scale of Hindi/Punjabi Teachers. 3.

Learned State counsel on instructions, submits that the present petition has been rendered infructuous, as the petitioners have been granted the benefits, as sought by them in the above writ petitions 4.

In view of the aforesaid statement, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petition may be disposed of as having Gaurav Arora 2024.03.16 10:44 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document become rendered infructuous.
