(ORAL) By way of the instant petition, the petitioners seek the indulgence of this Court for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned Transfer Policy dated 15.11.2018 (Annexure P-2), particularly its Clause 7(xv), as issued by the respondent-department as well as the transfer order dated 11.02.2021 (Annexure P-1) passed by the respondent-department regarding their transfer from the respective places of their present posting to other offices in the State, while averring that the impugned transfer order has been passed in utter violation of the said transfer policy.

Mr. S.S. Pannu, DAG, Haryana, who has joined the proceedings in pursuance of the copy of this petition having been sent to the respondent-

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the present petitioners No.1 to 3 have moved a joint representation dated 20.02.2021 (Annexure P-5) and petitioner No.4 has made a separate representation dated 19.02.2021 (Annexure P-6) to the Competent Authorities for seeking the withdrawal/cancellation of the impugned transfer order so far as it pertains to them and the petitioners would be satisfied in case a direction is issued to the respondent to consider and decide their said representations within some specific time-frame.

Learned State counsel has no objection for the same. Keeping in view the above-discussed limited prayer of learned counsel for the petitioners and without commenting upon the merits of the matter in hand, the instant writ petition is hereby disposed of with a direction to the respondent, i.e. The Additional Chief Secretary, Government of Haryana, Administration of Justice Department, Haryana, to consider and decide the said respective representations as moved by the petitioners (Annexures P-5 and P-6), in accordance with the relevant policy/rules/law, on or before 10.03.2021.
