At the outset, learned State counsel has submitted that appropriate action against the delinquent officials has been taken on 12.12.2023 and hence, the prayer made in the present petition does not survive.

In light of the statement made by learned State counsel, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press the present petition at this stage and accordingly prays to withdraw the same, with liberty to agitate, in case, any cause of action survives or any fresh cause of action arises. 3.
