Present petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for seeking pre-arrest bail to the petitioner(s) in case FIR No. 314 dated 06.11.2005, registered under Section(s) 323, 324, 326 & 34 IPC at Police Station City, District Nawanshahr.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that co-accused of the petitioner have already been acquitted of the charges in this case after trial; petitioner is also ready to face the trial and to submit an application before the learned trial Court for releasing him on bail, but some directions be issued to the learned trial Judge to decide his bail application, expeditiously.
