The limited prayer in the present case is for expeditious disposal of the appeal being CMA/82/2020 filed by the petitioner-Bank which is pending before the First Appellate Court since 2020. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would contend that since 2022, despite the last opportunity being given, the appeal has been adjourned repeatedly by the First Appellate Court and the Trial Court is adjourning the matter for awaiting the main file from the Appellate Court. 3.

In view of the limited prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the present revision petition is disposed off with a request to the First Appellate Court concerned to decide the appeal being CMA/82/2020 pending before it expeditiously, preferably within a period of three months from today.
