A perusal of the order sheet shows that there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner even on the early dated when the case was listed before the Court i.e. 18.02.2022. Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Baljit Singh, submits that compromise has already been effected between the parties and the alleged detenue Amritpal Kaur is residing with her parents.
