 **** MANISHA BATRA, J. (oral) Learned State counsel who appeared on advance notice of the present petition submits that respondent No.7 has since been arrested and respondent No.5 is absconding and efforts are being made by the investigating agency to apprehend him.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that respondent No.6 who is father of respondent No.5 has been visiting the village of the petitioners along with other persons and even extended threats to them. In view of this submission, the present petition is being disposed of with a direction to the respondents No.2 to 4 to provide protection to the petitioners, if so required. Since, there is nothing on record to show that any representation as filed by the petitioners, has been received by these respondents, therefore, the petitioners are directed to appear before respondent No.2 within 3 days and submit a fresh representation with regard to seeking protection and respondent No.2 to 4 then, pass appropriate orders showing the necessity so arises.
