(ORAL) Learned counsel for CBSE on instructions submits that a candidate appearing as a private candidate is not handicapped in any manner in seeking admission to an under-graduate course. Since, the sponsorship of the petitioner was received beyond the cut of date, he is being reflected as a private candidate. Examinations are commencing w.e.f. 24.02.2020 and thus, at this late stage, the record cannot be corrected. Thus, the petitioner cannot be granted any relief. The writ petition is dismissed.
