Learned counsel representing the petitioner is not present. Same was the position on 18.02.2020.

This is second petition for grant of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner. The first petition was dismissed on 19.11.2019 with the following order:- "Petitioner prays for pre-arrest bail in a case arising out of FIR No.126 dated 25.09.2019 registered under Sections 22/29/61 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 at Police Station, Sultanwind, Police Commissionerate Amritsar.

As per the case of the prosecution, petitioner along with one more co-accused were spotted in possession with 150 tablets of narcotics containing prohibited substance and on seeing the police party petitioner ran away.

Criminal Misc. No. M-7204 of 2020 Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from SI Narain Singh, has submitted that the petitioner is a habitual offender having four more criminal cases against him. In view thereof, this Court is not inclined to grant concession of bail to the petitioner.

Dismissed".

Keeping in view the aforesaid facts, this Court does not find any good ground to grant benefit of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner. Dismissed.
