Present second petition has been filed under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short 'BNSS') for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.176 dated 3.7.2025 under Sections 21, 29, 27-A of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 and Section 25 of Arms Act, 1959, registered at Police Station Anti Narcotics Force, SAS Nagar (Mohali), Police District ANTF Wing, Punjab.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, after arguing for some time seeks to withdraw the petition in hand so as to enable the petitioner to apply for regular bail before the concerned Special Court in terms of order dated 4.12.2025 passed by this Court in CRM-M No.63168 of 2025.
