(Oral) At the very outset, learned State counsel has placed on record order dated 11.10.2007 whereby the competent authority after reviewing the case of the petitioner has treated the adverse remarks recorded in the Annual Confidential Report as null and void and had granted the 1st ACP Scale of `6500-10500 to the petitioner w.e.f. 01.11.1998. In view of above order dated 11.10.2007, no further action is required to be taken in the present writ petition and the same is hereby dismissed as having become infructuous.
