Learned counsel for the appellant sought time for bringing on record the legal representatives of the appellant. It appears that appellant is not coming forward to pursue the matter, therefore, the order could not be complied with, nor any application in this regard has been filed. The appellant must have reconcile with the situation as the appeal is at the instance of the defendant in the suit for possession of land and mesne profit which was dismissed by the trial Court but decreed by the Lower Appellate Court.
