**** MANJARI NEHRU KAUL, J. (Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C., for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in case FIR No. 219, dated 11.11.2019, under Sections 304-B, 34 of IPC, registered at Police Station City Patti, District Tarn Taran.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that pursuant to order dated 26th February, 2020, passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined investigation.

Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Baljinder Singh, states that the petitioner is no longer required for further interrogation. Learned State counsel further submits that the challan has indeed been presented. In view of the above, the petition is allowed and interim order dated 26th February, 2020, is made absolute subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
