(Oral) The petitioner through instant petition is seeking directions to respondents No.3 and 4 to look into the complaint dated 16.01.2023 (Annexure P-1) submitted by the petitioner to the respondents. Learned counsel for the petitioner inter alia contends that the petitioner has moved an application before SHO against private respondents, however, police authorities are not looking into her representation.

Learned State counsel assures the Court that the jurisdictional police authorities would look into the matter and do the needful. In view of the statement made by learned State counsel, this Court is sanguine of the fact that the police authorities without being influenced by order of this Court would look into the representation of the petitioner and do the needful.

Disposed of.
