Mr. Vivek Chauhan, Addl. A.G., Haryana appears on behalf of the respondents on the basis of advance notice and submits that on 03.02.2022, even petitioner No.1 did not appear in Appeal No.1019 of 2021 and now 10.03.2022 is the date fixed before respondent No.3. In all probability, respondent No.3 shall proceed to decide the pending appeals in accordance with law.
