Instant petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS Act, 2023, praying for quashing of DDR No.24 dated 16.06.2018 registered under Sections 307,148,149 IPC and Section 25 of Arms Act, in FIR No. 45 dated 04.05.2018, under Sections 307,382, 447, 427, 148, 149 IPC and Sections 25 and 27 of Arms Act, 1959, registered at Police Station Arniwala, District Fazilka and all the subsequent proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of compromise/affidavit dated 28.03.2023 (Annexure P-3). 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to avail their remedies available to them as per law.
