(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in case FIR No.9 dated 03.01.2020 under Section 420 of IPC 1860 and Section 10 of Immigration Act registered at Police Station, Thanesar, District Kurukshetra, Haryana.

Learned State counsel on instructions from Investigating Officer submits that in compliance of order dated 14.02.2023, petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for further interrogation.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 14.02.2023 passed by this Court is made absolute. Disposed of accordingly.
