Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of directions to respondents No.1 to 4 to inquire into the matter on the basis of representation dated 28.01.2019 (Annexure P1), filed by the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that grievance of the petitioner would be redressed if action will be taken on his representation (Annexure P1) by respondent No.3-Senior Superintendent of Police, Moga, District Moga.
