ALKA SARIN, J. (Oral) On 06.12.2022 the following order was passed : "The present revision petition pertains to the year 2020 and further proceedings were stayed vide order dated 17.02.2020. Thereafter, the case was adjourned by way of Administrative Orders due to the intervening circumstances created because of Covid-19 Pandemic. On 30.03.2022 the case was adjourned to 26.04.2022 by Order. On 26.04.2022 the case was adjourned since none had put in appearance on behalf of the respondent despite service. On 26.07.2022 none appeared on behalf of the parties and the matter was adjourned to 01.11.2022. On 01.11.2022 the case was yet again adjourned to today in view of the fact that the lawyers were abstaining from work. Today none has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioners or the respondents.
