**** KIRTI SINGH, J. (Oral) This petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed for quashing the order dated 29.01.2010 (Annexure P-1) passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Jalandhar and order dated 21.06.2006 (Annexure P-2) passed by ld. Sub-Divisional Executive Magistrate Jalandhar.

At the very outset, learned counsel for respondent No.3 submits that the respondent has sold his share of the property and the purchaser is in possession. The present dispute pertains to proceedings under Section 145 inter se the petitioner and the respondent. Proceedings in respect of the sale are subject matter of challenge in the district Court, Jalandhar, therefore, present petition is rendered infructuous.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has not controverted the submissions made by the learned counsel for respondent No.3. 4.

In view of above, nothing survives in the present petition and the same is disposed of as infructuous.
