**** MAHABIR SINGH SINDHU , J. (Oral) On the last date of hearing, learned counsel for the appellants pleaded no instructions in the matter and thereafter intimation was sent to the appellants as well as respondent(s) regarding the actual date of hearing.

As per office report, appellant No.1 is reported to be dead and appellant No.2 has been served, but despite that, no one is present on his behalf. Similarly, respondent No.1(i) to 1(v) are reported to be dead and respondent No.1(vi) had gone abroad.

In view of above factual position, this Court is left with no alternative except to dismiss the appeal for non-prosecution. Dismissed for non-prosecution.
