The present contempt petition has been filed for deliberate and intentional disobedience of order dated 25.04.2025 passed by the Division Bench of this Court in CWP-5470-2025, whereby without commenting upon the merits of the case, the civil writ petition was disposed of with a direction to the respondent to take a decision on the representation made by the petitioner by passing a speaking order.
