(ORAL) Challenge in the present appeal is to judgment dated 13.07.2016 passed by the learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Phul District Bathinda, whereby in complaint file No. 24-A of 2011 instituted on 17.10.2011 registered under Sections 406, 498-A, 506, 323 IPC, respondents have been acquitted of the charges framed against them.

At the outset, learned counsel for the appellant submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present appeal. Permitted to do so.
