(ORAL) A writ of Mandamus is sought, directing respondent Nos.2 & 3 to take appropriate legal action against respondent Nos.4 & 5, who are alleged to have attempted to forcibly recover the vehicle bearing Registration No.PB-13-V1905, registered in the name of the petitioner. Similar controversy has already been decided by this Court on 04.10.2023 in identical bunch of cases with CWP No.7706 of 2022 titled Amarjeet Singh Brar vs. The Reserve Bank of India and Others being the lead case.

Disposed of in terms of order passed in CWP No.7706 of 2020, decided on 04.10.2023.
