Petitioners have filed this petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for quashing of FIR No. 136 dated 26.10.2011, under Section 420, 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, registered at Police Station Lopoke, District Amritsar and all the subsequent proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of compromise effected between the parties. Heard.

Vide order dated 10.12.2013, parties were directed to appear before the Trial Court and the said Court was directed to send its report qua genuineness of the compromise. However, in pursuance to the said order, parties have not appeared before the Trial Court for recording of their statements. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
