Instant petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS Act, 2023, praying for quashing of FIR No. 45 dated 04.05.2018, under Sections 307, 382, 447, 427, 148m 149 IPC and Sections 25 and 27 of Arms Act, 1959, registered at Police Station Arniwala, District Fazilka and all the subsequent proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of compromise/affidavit dated 28.03.2023 (Annexure P-3). 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to avail remedy available to them as per law.
