Tribhuvan Dahiya, J (Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that similar relief, as claimed herein, was sought by the petitioner in earlier petition, Civil Writ Petition No.1598 of 2017, which was dismissed as withdrawn vide order dated 14.10.2022 without granting liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh one. Therefore, he may be permitted to withdraw this petition with liberty to file an application seeking review of the order dated 14.10.2022. Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty prayed for. Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, stand disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
