RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for issuance of directions to respondents no.1 and 2 to arrest respondents no.3 to 7 in case FIR No.0135, dated 25.03.2022, registered at Police Station Taraori, District Karnal, alongwith further prayer to transfer the investigation of the FIR to some other senior Police Officer or some independent agency as no step has been taken by official respondents. It is further prayed to issue appropriate directions for taking appropriate action on the complaint/representation, dated 26.12.2022, Annexure P-1. It has been submitted by counsel for the petitioner that FIR is dated 25.03.2022 and there is no progress in the investigation. Notice of motion to official respondents only. On asking of the Court, Mr.B.S.Virk, DAG, Haryana, who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of the respondent/State and submits, on instructions, that two of the accused have been arrested and investigation is going on. He further submits that investigation would be completed within four weeks.
