ASHOK KUMAR VERMA, J. (ORAL) The petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 256 dated 13.10.2021 registered under Sections 336, 148, 149 IPC and Section 25 of the Arms Act at Police Station Chheharta, District Amritsar. Learned counsel for the State on instructions submits that pursuant to the order dated 28.02.2022 the petitioner has joined the investigation and is not required for custodial interrogation. In view of the above facts, but without commenting on the merits of the case, the present petition is allowed and the order dated 28.02.2022 granting interim anticipatory bail to the petitioner is made absolute, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
