By way of instant petition, petitioner payed for setting aside the order dated 03.01.2023, whereby for a period of 03 months, extension was granted to the investigating officer to place on record FSL report and order dated 23.01.2023 dismissing the bail application filed by the petitioner, under Section 167 (2) Cr. P.C. in case FIR No. 419, dated 20.07.2022, registered under Section 18(c) of the NDPS Act at Police Station Civil Lines, Hisar.

Today, at the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been granted regular bail by the learned Trial Court, therefore, he seeks permission to withdraw the present petition. 3.
