Arya DAV Public School, Hisar, five of the petitioners, i.e., petitioners no.2, 6, 7, 13 & 14 have expired, three of them, i.e., petitioners no.5, 12 & 15 have retired from service, and petitioner no.16 has left the job. 3.

Dismissed for want of prosecution.
