HARSH BUNGER, J. (ORAL) Prayer in the present petition, filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, is for quashing of case FIR No.295 dated 21.09.2020 (Annexure P-1), registered under Sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, at Police Station Tripri, District Patiala, along with all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise dated 25.01.2023 (Annexure P-2) entered into between the parties. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh one with better particulars, on the same cause of action.
