Applicant is to justify the maintainability of the present appeal by the next date of hearing.

It is clarified that in case, the applicant remains un-represented on the next date of hearing, this Court either dismiss the appeal for non-prosecution or proceed further by appointing legal aid counsel on his behalf" The applicant is absent.

The application for leave to appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. It is clarified that it shall not be permissible for the applicant to revive the present application.
